Food Art Collaboration

A special collaboration with chefs from Pan Pacific Hotels to create edible art inspired by paintings from 6 UOB POY winners.

My artworks are inspired by the wild flow of nature all around us, incorporating the colours of the elements – air, fire, water and earth.

Thus the chefs beautifully interpreted abstract expressionism and the nature theme into their sweets and display.
